holding/reserving items
Items can be placed "on hold” for up to three hours at the sole discretion of the ReStore Manager. High demand items cannot be placed on hold.
purchase pick-up/delivery
Delivery must be arranged and paid for at time of sale.
All items must be collected within three business days of purchase.
Sold items left longer than three business days may be disposed of in any manner by the ReStore. PLEASE NOTE: All SOLD items left at an Ontario Gateway North Habitat ReStore are not the responsibility of the ReStore.
pricing
All efforts are made to ensure consistency of pricing between ReStores operated by Habitat for Humanity OGN. Due to the unique nature of ReStore products and the frequently fluctuating stock, there may occasionally be price differentiation for similar items in our stores.
Items are priced to sell at significantly below original retail value. Price negotiation is not our practice.
