Donor Experience Officer, donor stewardship and management on behalf of the ReStore is at the heart of all you do. In this role, you ensure a positive, fair, and equitable experience for the donor at all times. You lead a small team of staff and volunteers through a donor management process that begins with the initial contact and pickup, through assessment and receipt of acceptable goods. As a member of the ReStore management team the Donor Experience Officer shares responsibility for the success of all of OGN’s ReStore outlets, and as a front-line team leader, you are also accountable for raising awareness of the role of the ReStore and the mission of Habitat for Humanity.
